Both the doctoral student and the supervisor must make a REQUEST FOR DELIVERY OF THE DOCTORAL THESIS:
1. PHD STUDENT: Complete this form and submit it to the Electronic Office using your UdL student username and password.
2. DIRECTOR: Complete this form and submit it to the Electronic Office using your PDI username and password.
Who and what documents must be attached within each of the forms?
THESES IN TRADITIONAL FORMAT
PhD Student
1. Thesis
2. Activities Document (pdf must be generated at RAPI)
3. Signed statement indicating that the thesis is original, that the codes of ethics and good practices have been complied with and that the thesis does not contain plagiarism, stating that you know and consent that your thesis will be subject to procedure to verify its originality.
Director
1. Inform of suitability of the directors and tutor of the thesis
2. Proposal for external evaluators
THESES BY COMPENDIUM OF ARTICLES
PhD Student
1. Thesis
2. Activities Document (pdf must be generated at RAPI)
3. Signed statement indicating that the thesis is original, that the codes of ethics and good practices have been complied with and that the thesis does not contain plagiarism, stating that you know and consent that your thesis will be subject to procedure to verify its originality.
4. Statement of the co-authors of the articles
