Concurs/concurso/contests Tesis en Quatre Minuts

The contest Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts (Present your thesis in 4 minutes), organised by the Fundació Catalana per la Recerca i la Innovació (FCRI) and the supoort of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the 12 catalan universities; proposes to the participants the challenge to explain his research of any scientific discipline in a maximum time of 4 minutes, in a simple and comprehensible language for a general public to bring the research of young scientists closer to society, as well as to promote their interest in the dissemination and dissemination of science.

The participation values like activity of transversal formation (5 hours).

The PhD Louise Blanc, from the PhD Programme in Agricultural and Dood Science and Tecnology, won the semifinal of the 7th edition of the contest Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts, that took place in May 2022, the 17th; representing the University of Lleida in the final in June, 27nd, performing an excellent speech

 

The awardees were:

First Prize: Mireia Bayllina Ferré, from the Universiat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC)

Second Prize: Gala Pujol Infantes, from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB)

Audience's Prize: Adrià Vilalta Videgain, from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV)

Special Mention Assumpció Català i Poch: Raquel Serrano Olivares, from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB)

 

The jury of the semifinal was composed of the following members:

Last May, 3th, tooke place the semifinal of the contest Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts

resulting finalist Giada Centenaro from the PhD Programme of Doctorate in Forestry and Natural Environmental Management

who obtained the SECOND PRIZE IN THE FINAL, which tooke place in the city of Lleida in June 22

 

The awardees were:

First Prize: Álvaro Heredia Lidon, from Universiat Ramon Llull

Second Prize: Giada Centenaro, from Universitat de Lleida

Audience's Prize: Anaïs Espinoso Palacín, from Universitat Pompeu Fabra

Special Mention Joan Oró: Camille Servinm Barthet, from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona
