ANNUAL EVALUATION - ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022

Each Academic Committee can make its call through the Virtual Campus, with specific instructions.
Who has to be evaluated during this call?
- The doctoral students enrolled of in the academic year 2021/2022, who have yet to pass the assessment of the 2021/22 academic year.
What is the evaluation?
- The doctoral students of the 1st year have to evaluate the research plan, which they have to present following the indications you'll see in this page.
- The doctoral students of 2nd year and following have to present the annual self-report and introduce the training activities carried out, according the instructions you'll see in the label "Indications Doctoral Evaluation 2nd year and next" in the page you're.

Indications for the evaluation of doctoral students of 2nd year and following
Research Plan
They have to present the Self-report on the performance of the Research Plan and the activities done. The following steps have to be followed:
- "Pla de Investigación" tab, you have to check the option "Generate plan"; "Show detail"; "Edit"
- The "Research Plan" of the 2021/2022 academic year has been generated, in which the data of the research plan of the immediately preceding year appear "overturned". Optionally, if required, it can be updated in accordance with the evolution of research.
- In the field "Annual self-report" you have to delete the file from the previous course with the trash can icon You have to upload the file that contains the self-report that you have done for the 2021/2022 course.
- ONLY WHEN YOU ARE CONFORMING: You have to modify the status of the record and put it in the "revision" state and save the changes so that the director and the tutor can visualize its contents. Now it is closed by the doctoral student and he can only consult it.
PhD student activities document
- It is essential that the doctoral student has introduced to the RAPE the activities he has carried out to date, for the record of the Document of the doctoral student's activities. They can be activities of the present course or others that have been done during the doctorate and have never reported them.
- You can extract the DAD in pdf format, to get the printed version.
- ONLY WHEN YOU ARE CONFORMING WITH EACH ACTIVITY: You have to modify the status of the record and put it in a "revision" state, and save the changes so that the director and the tutor can visualize its contents.
They have to know the content of the Research Plan, Self-report and training activities, informed by the doctoral student and issue each one the Report for the annual monitoring of the research plan and training activities. In the case of co-management, all co-directors have to issue their report.
- When you access the RAPI, you will see all the PhD students you have assigned as a tutor or director. You have to click on the name of the doctorate to access your file.
- Access the doctorate menu "Activities document" and review the training activities. You can extract the DAD in pdf format, in itself the printed version is useful.
If you are satisfied with the activity, it will post the record in " ACCEPTED ". In case the doctoral student has to do amendments, it will pose the activity in " PENDING CORRECTION " state with the reason for observations; if you want to refuse the activity, you will choose the state " REJECTED ", with an indication of the reasons for observations.
- Access the doctorate menu "Research plan" and review the self-report, as well as the different sections that have been modified (" MODIFIED " in orange).
If you agree with the content of the Auto-report as well as the Research Plan in general, it will post the record in " ACCEPTED ". In case the student has to make amendments, he will post the activity in" PENDING CORRECTION "with an indication of the reason for observations; if you want to refuse it, you will choose the status " REJECTED ", indicating the reasons for observations.
- Access the doctorate menu "Research plan" and review the self-report, as well as the different sections that have been modified (" MODIFIED " in orange).
If you agree with the content of the Auto-report as well as the Research Plan in general, it will post the record in " ACCEPTED ". In case the student has to make amendments, he will post the activity in" PENDING CORRECTION "with an indication of the reason for observations; if you want to refuse it, you will choose the status " REJECTED ", indicating the reasons for observations.
- To upload the Report for follow-up Annual research plan and training activities needed by EVALUATION, you have to do the following steps:
- Access the "Evaluation" tab and check the "Rate" option
- Select: "Joint evaluation" since the research plan and the activity document are valued.
- Upload the report and "SAVE"
- This report is considered signed with the user and the key agreed by the PDI and the University of Lleida, which give access to the RAPI.
EXTERNAL SUPERVISORS : They can request RAPI acces by email to escoladoctorat@udl.cat
If you want to contribute to the RAPI a single joint report between thesis supervisor and tutor, you will have to comply with the following instructions:
- Fill in the Joint Report Model for Annual Monitoring of the research plan and the training activities
- This report needs to be electronically signed by all its authors.
